Suspicious males forcing entry into communal flat areas |
||
|
Dear Brixton Rush Common residents, Two males have been reported to police for forcing entry into a communal area of a flat in the area of Brailsford Road. The two males were wearing a locksmiths uniform but were seen on CCTV slipping the lock to a front door to gain entry. It is unknown what their intention was. The two males are described as white males approximately aged 40-50. One male is bald wearing a blue hoodie and a dark jacket, wearing glasses/sunglasses. The other male has short black/grey hair and was wearing all black. They had lanyards on and were carrying an iPad/tablet. Please keep an eye out for these males and if you see them or any activity that you believe is suspicious report it to police. SNT officers will increase patrols in the area. Please have a read of the attached leaflet which provides home security/crime prevention advice from Secured by Design. Contact your local SNT if you would like to discuss crime prevention more via Met Engage. Kind regards, PC Balcombe 1760AS
